3P was founded and is directed and managed by Mr. Trent Hunter. As an engineer and business developer with over 20 years of professional experience, he is integrating his industrial knowledge with the capabilities of the technology to provide Advanced Remediation Services to clients. During his career he has worked progressively in the Petroleum (upstream operations), Paper (specialty and functional chemistry) and Agricultural (bio-resource production) industries and has a broad technical and operational knowledge and an extensive network in these industrial markets.

Our current financial activities are directed by Mr. Lonn Bate CA, a former colleague and business associate of Mr. Hunter. Mr. Bate got his Bachelor of Commerce in 1992 and most notably has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, TransCanada PipeLines Limited, Suncor Energy Inc., Viking Energy Royalty Trust, Richards Oil & Gas Ltd. and Harness Petroleum Inc. Mr. Bate most recently was the Finance Director for Canadian Energy Services & Technology Corp.
